Mehta Marketing Inc is a Pittsburgh-based consulting firm focused on new business development projects nationwide. Working with established clients in various industries including energy, technology, transportation, entertainment, and many more. Our administrative staff handles everything seamlessly on the back end so our business development team can focus on building relationships with customers and spending quality time face to face on behalf of our clients. Our firm has continued to create success and growth for our clients through direct marketing and sales, by utilizing our permanent business partnerships with promotional event coordinators and retailers.
Is this a commission only position?
No. Our company offers a guaranteed hourly or salary pay along with the ability to earn more with commission and regular bonuses. Base pay is decided on an individual candidate basis during the interview process. As employees grow within the company through earned promotions, their salary increases significantly.
Is experience [AND/OR] a degree required for this role?
A candidate with at least 2 years of relevant work experience would be ideal. We do not require a degree for an entry level role, however candidates with a formal education are appreciated.

Yes.
What is training like?
Our training has gotten us nominated for awards such as “best places to work”. We do not put a time frame on training as it’s on-going and individuals have different learning curves. We encourage people to make mistakes and create an environment where learning isn’t just a lecture, but rather an immersive experience.
What are the hours?
Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm
Is this a remote work-from-home position?
The role requires physical presence at the workplace, but we do have a hybrid arrangement in place for specific situations.
